WordPress 2.2

WordPress 2.2 has been available for a couple weeks now.  I haven’t updated yet, but am on the verge.  Before I do, I’d like to hear stories of success or failure with this upgrade.  I remember reading how John Chow had to back out of it following his first upgrade attempt.  Have you upgraded yet?  How did your upgrade go?  What do you like about the new version?

I need to upgrade too. Will be interested to hear how yours goes.

JC’s problem was due to a conflict between the ExecPHP plugin and the new widgets incorporation, which has now been fixed with a new widgets.php file.

I’ve installed 2.2 on a test blog I keep for this kind of thing, and it works fine once I’d upgraded the widgets.php file. When I get a second, I’ll upgrade my others.

BTW the ‘Notify me of followup comments via e-mail’ box is pre-checked under the comments, but the ‘Subscribe to comments via email’ box above the comments is unchecked.

Wonder what would happen if I ticked both
